On the stage at Croft during the '74 RAC Rally: Toyota Corolla
Driven by Ove Anderson and A Hertz is this early 70s Toyota Levin (Corolla) seen here on a touch of opposite lock at Croft. Anderson would go on to lead Toyota's competitions department (rallying and F1) into the 21st century.
I must say a big thanks to Rob Ryder who took these photos during the 1974 event, and kindly agreed to them being featured on oldclassiccar - thanks Rob! If anyone else out there has photos like the picture of a rally-prepared Toyota Corolla above, whether featuring rally cars or other types of motorsport events, it'd be great to feature them here like this.
