Aermacchi Harley Davidson scooter trailer.
I don't know how Les finds all these great pics, but here's another, this time of a fantastic custom-built trailer designed to carry Aermacchi Harley-Davidson scooters around, perhaps to shows.

I think the photo must date to the late 1950s or early 1960s, and shows the trailer with a scooter on board, about to be towed by a Hillman Minx (registration RAN 330). The styling of this waterproof trailer reminds me a great deal of the Morris Minor traveller,
and has been built, possibly by a dealer called Kerry's, as a demonstration unit for the Aermacchi/Harley-Davidson
motor scooters. I doubt this wonderful little trailer has survived (or has it?), but wouldn't it be great to see it
recreated and used for carrying a preserved old scooter to classic bike events now?
