Rising interest from outside Germany / Visitors to the Bremen show "sensational" . The Bremen Classic Motorshow is a wonderful symbiosis between the display and sale of classic vehicles", says Thomas Trapp, who offered his collection of Neumann-Neander motorcycles for presentation at the Bremen Classic Motorshow from 3 to 5 February... an attraction that drew 31.400 visitors to the Bremen exhibition halls. And these visitors were extremely well informed. "The visitors at the Bremen show are sensational: Keen, enthusiastic buyers, and even those who don't have the money to purchase one of the gems on display ask specific questions and know what they're talking about", confirms Harald Hackenberg, a well-known vehicle restorer from Leverkusen.

"We are particularly pleased with the constant rise in interest from outside Germany", says Hans Peter Schneider, the Managing Director of Messe Bremen. "We had whole groups of people from Sweden, Denmark, Holland and even Finland who'd organized their own coach trips to the show." And, speaking of buses: visitors who made use of the Park & Ride service from "Überseestadt" were in for a real treat: they had the pleasure of being taken to the Bremen Exhibition Centre in style in a classic bus. "This service was so well received and we got such positive reactions that we will be offering it again in the coming year."

The company E. Thiesen from Hamburg will certainly be taking part again next year: "We have exhibited at all four Bremen Classic Motorshows and this year was definitely the best", said Mike Tetzlaff. "The visitors get better every time - the men in the meantime bring their wives along and then they actually buy things." The result for Thiesen: Three cars sold "and we're expecting after-show business, too."

Wolf Krämer from "Lupus Klassische Reiseaccessoires" also confirmed that the long journey from Salzburg had been worth it. At his stand he offered high-quality classic travel accessories for stylish holiday-makers: "We are very satisfied and we find the atmosphere here in Bremen very pleasant. There were a lot of interested, well-informed customers - the Bremen Classic Motorshow has a fantastic catchment area."

"It gets more and more interesting", said Michael Witgrefe happily, pinpointing the situation in Bremen. A classic vehicle collector from Detmold, he is a regular visitor to the Bremen Classic Motorshow. "You don't just find those totally unattainable vehicles - there are some you can actually afford."

The dates have already been set for next year's event: The Bremen Classic Motorshow will mark the start of the classic vehicle season in 2007 from 2 to 4 February.
