Dundrod TT 1953

I found a few of these a few years ago at an autojumble. Printed on low grade paper, it is a 7" x 10" promotional leaflet and ticket booking form for the 1953 RAC International Tourist Trophy (TT) Race, to be held on Saturday, 5th September, 1953. It comprises a large (A3?) single sheet, folded in two. The form is inside, along with a list of prices and regulations, with a map of the Dundrod track on the rear. On the cover is a wonderful cartoon by renowned Irish cartoonist Rowel Friers, which I think is brilliant.

Tourist Trophy Race
A close look reveals lots of interesting detail - young ladies seem to appear regularly too, for instance on the roof of a car at the top left, and another near the righthand grandstand soaking up the sun, and admiration from nearby gents (one of which is armed with binoculars). Two pairs of legs can also be found exiting the underside of another vehicle parked in the car park. Out on track, an Aston Martin just manages to clear a convoy of pigs, with a Ferrari and C-Type Jaguar running side by side over the finish line. Further back there is a pursuing (Wolseley?) Police Car, and a London-Brighton veteran car pop-popping into the hedge.
Ticket orders were to be sent to the Ulster Automobile Club, Donegall Chambers, Donegall Place, Belfast. Grandstand seats were 15/- or 20/- (shillings) a time, and paddock passes cost £1 a go. Car park labels were 10/- for a car, and 4/- for a motorcycle. Enclose tickets were available in the Leathemstown Enclosure, situated at the Start/Finish line - 5/- each.
Dundrod course map
On the back page is a handy map of the course, detailing the corners (such as Leathemstown, Cochranstown, Budore, and Wheeler's) and the location of various facilities. The course was 7 miles and 732 yards in length.
