Hi
just found a couple of pics of a Bluebird my first wife and I lived in from '64 to'67.
It had a double bed in the centre section which folded up into the wall adjoining the kitchen so you didn't have to convert the lounge/dining area every night though it could be done for visitors.
Solid fuel fire with a hot water tank built in around the chimney to provide "some" "hot" water.

Lovely pictures. The 1962 Travelmaster caravan I grew up in had a double bed which folded up behind two wooden doors in the livingroom area, and a solid fuel fire with a hotwater tank against it to provide hot water. I have managed to post some pics on my page. Best wishes. |
