In January my son and I saw a sign for a garage sale, amongst the tat was this:
For £4, so I took a gamble
And to day I had a play with it, it needed a lot cutting out of the height, and I know the nearside needs bring nearer to vertical, but for £4, result!
I have doubled up the slats and with the roof open and window down at 55mph, the assembly stayed rock steady.

I had forgotten about those! I believe that I have a Smiths 'stick on' heated rear window kit buried away somewhere, amazing what is still around.
