I've seen this E83W advertised before, surely they know it's a 10cwt E83W, not a 5cwt and not really based on the Model Y other than having a similar engine.
It's described as a Fordson, c1948, yet has Thames badges on the bonnet sides. The grille is a very early, single starter handle hole, example, while the rear arches appear to be the wrong shape - either for the early Fordsons or the later Thames versions.
A very presentable van, but £10k seems strong money to me.

10K does seem a little steep, I can't say I like chromed hub caps on it either. |

I presume the seller has not tried the 60mph capabilities yet, I don't think I would like to go that fast in mine, it would be "clenching" to say the least. I can't see the ministry paying out for chrome hub caps or a second windscreen wiper either. Ken |
