Am I the only one who rates this as the ultimate rust preventer for all cavities? _________________ KA

Dunno if its the ultimate but I prefer Dinitrol 1000 for cavities, a lot thinner and seems to creep easier?
I do use Waxoil generally underneath tho as its nice and gloopy.

Waxoyl is very easy to get hold of and really good value.
Dinitrol is less so on both counts but is obviously a great product.
Especially when applied under pressure, I have found Waxoyl really gets to the places where it's needed.
I restored my Austin in 1992 and there is still no door bottom, scuttle or wheel-arch rust....Waxoyl.
PS. Under Scottish weather like you Ka! |

Clogging is a perennial problem, a few hints.
Use it on a sunny day where the air temp is up,
shake the container well,
I sit the container in a bucket of hot water, changing the water regularly to get the heat through to the wax oil, and whilst spraying, keep the tin in the warm water in the bucket.
When you have finished clean the sprayer and tube well afterwards to avoid the wax oil setting and clogging us the works.
I have used an air line before, but find the pump/pressurised circular tin set up works well.
Finally, you can never put in too much, or reapply too often. _________________ KA
