This Faro polypipe is sold for use on LPG vehicles. Do we think it could be used as the main commie on a fuel injected vehicle?

I can't find any pressure specifications for the Faro pipe.

Also, can it go straight to the engine, bearing in mind that the engine is soft mounted so the polypipe will be continuously flexing. Or do I need to go to rubber, then the rubber jumps the gap from the chassis to the engine?

I've found that DIN73378 is the standard for plastic fuel tube, so that sorts that. It is fuel resistent and high pressure.

It works with compression fittings, push fittings, and can be heated and pushed onto hose tails. BUT I cannot find which of these fittings is compatible with fuel use.

I'm going with compression fittings. Bit bulky but safe, and on all ends I need to join to metal pipe anyway.

My truck is LPG and the correct polypipe is robust stuff, but I did have a flexible pipe made up to bridge from bulkhead to engine.... just to be on the safe side. If you have any doubts I would use a flexible link.

After much reading, it seems like people resort to LPG tube thru lack of information. The correct method is in fact DIN 73378 nylon tube with compression fittings, heated on fittings, or inserted into rubber with spring clip or similar.
