We have bought a 76 Royale Tourcruser from ebay

Maggie is one of we think only 6 of the large Royales to be made she has double glazing and ALDE ! wet central heating

Would that be the system that uses Finrads? I have some lengths of Finrad if you need any. |

that's the one, a length of 22mm copper pipe with thin ally fins that slip over the pipe
a gent called graham cutmore can build me a 2923 boiler and we are going to use 22mm hep pipe and fittings //reusing the radiator sections

Maggie our tourcruiser is coming along slowly we have just finished the rear bedroom ready for a coat of new varnish on the oak detailing
we have sripped the door surround and replaced both sides and the bottom wood rail and it will soon de as new, Rotten wood in the sides of the roof has been stripped back and with the fan heater going full blast we are making progress in getting the internals dry
I keep looking at the front I know it has to come of and I'm trying to see the good from the bad (wood I mean ) luckily the tour cruiser is double skinned so I can use plain ply to finish the walls and that has given me a good supply of panel pieces to fit into the parts that matter

Great to see this rare van being brought back to life,
Hope you have some shelter whilst you are working?
We are on a similar quest with a 1957 Willerby Vogue restoration.
Topic in this forum under the same title.
Keep up the fight.
