|
|
Help please. I have just bought a 1954 103E. It is a pale blue in colour but this does not look like the original which seems a few shades darker. Can anyone please help me find the colour and if possible a current RAL number. I can't help thinking that a 1954 103E had many colour choices ! Thanks in advance. |

Mine was pale blue before someone painted it black and not very well as the blue is showing in places and on the underside of the bonnet the black has flaked to show a fair bit of the blue. Can't help with the colour code sorry. |

1953-1957 Winchester Blue - code H | Hi Rene, mine is 1957 and may have been any of those. I'm sticking with black. |

Thanks for your responses Rene, Paul and Rick. by virtue of my pop's age - 1954- it looks like Winchester Blue is the one for me. Thanks again, that's been a great help. |

I've a feeling I've seen a photo of that somewhere recently, the whitewalls ring a bell.
Now there's a photo, I might move this into the Your Cars ... Ford category if that's ok.

Nice, it's making me think I might put mine back as original, if I can work out what blue it should be and where to get it. There seem to be more black cars than anything else. I do like the sandy colour too. |
