A tired Fordson spotted in Oswestry. I was also quite taken with the tin hut, sad I know.

Its a proper old style workmans hut, I like it.

I spotted a rather nice Lightweight Land Rover this morning, workmanlike as they should be.

I drove past the local garage earlier (in the Moggy as it happens), and outside was a modified chrome-bumper MGB Roadster, alongside a tweaked E-Type painted blue with twin (wide) white stripes over the roof and bonnet, Mustang-style.

MG TF seen on a recovery/delivery vehicle today. MGB and TR7 convertible yesterday, plus on Saturday a Lancia Stratos (or good rep) in rally livery sat in a lorry car park.

The local 1950s Commer fire truck-cum-pizza-oven just sped by, its headlights glowing dimly* Cool

Hi
There was a Black Aston Martin in Alderley Edge at lunchtime.
I think it was a DB2, it had a DB2 typ of hatchback but had distinct pointed top rear wings and it was decorated with white racing number disks on the door and a quite large flat topped air scoop on the bonnet.

Hi
Not a vehicle but something I found interesting/puzzling.

I recently travelled down the M40 and just after passing Warwick Services I saw an orange lifebelt mounted on a post.
It is roughly where the orange spot is on the Google Street view picture. I can't imagine that that area is subject to regular catastrophic flooding, though a look at an oldmap shows that long before the motorway was built there was a waterfall at that spot so I am wondering if there is still some open water behind the armco and below that fencing on the picture.

The orange spot is actually more interesting. I have it on good authority that it is a visitation of an alien species from a Galaxy far, far away. Wink

Hi
I couldn't get a photo of the lifebelt, or a clip art to put there, so I just photoshopped the G Streetview to give some idea of what I'd seen.
never thought it could start a an alien invasion conspiracy theory. Laughing Laughing Laughing
