We seem to have a habit of taking things to the wire. For example, we leave it until there are hardly any survivors of something that we once had in abundance and then get into a flap because whatever it is has reached the point of extinction. Sometimes we are just too late and then we try to re- create whatever it was.!
If an alien were to observe our species I am sure they would be confounded. |
