PLEASE help me find some 3/16" BSF machine screws.
They need to be at least 3/4" in length and must have a slotted c/s head.
I have 10 but need another 6 if possible.
(Happy to buy a larger quantity.)

Thank you Mike. I have bought what I need from Stainless Automotive Fastenings.
In future I will just run a 3/16" BSF die down a M5 screw. Not ideal but a cheaper option. |

Nothing wrong with doing that. Alternatively you could tap out the nut/hole to M5.
3/16" being 4 .75mms diameter and 3/16 bsf is 0.79mm pitch versus 0.8 mm for M5..
Its so close it works just about perfectly.
Also, btw, M6 female holes tap out nicely to 1/4bsf. |

As a pre war Morris owner , I have on a number of occasions bought BSF screws and bolts and put metric threads on them.
