Hi
This car which was recently on eBay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1977-BRISTOL-412-Convertible_W0QQitemZ190190129265QQihZ009QQcategoryZ2192QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
has not sold.
It is a genuine ad and someone who has seen it says
Quote: | Good points
The body seems to pretty straight and the interior leatherwork fair.Engine started easliy and was driven out of the garage with no problems.Car is currently taxed and MOTd.
Bad points
On a very cursory inspection there was evidence of rust on the drivers side sill showing inside the car so welding skills should be forseen.
The car has been basically standing in storage for best part of ten years.Previous owner had a collection of cars of 20+ classic cars
Owner (xxxx) agreed that it should be viewed as a rolling restoration project but can be used at present hence the low starting price......which is probably negotiable.

So, if there is anyone interested in Big yank engines, "Italian" Design and British coachbuilding and workmanship........................ |
