Hi i am after some alloy guttering for my ford f350 fire truck camper.Its looks like a u.Do you know were i can buy some or have a gutter made.I have been to my local alloy body shop.And he never sean any before.Well my truck is 1955.Thanks Pete |

If it wasn't so long I would have thought it would be easy to make.
Could you make it in 1 meter lengths? Have you any pics of old stuff for an idea?

Hi Rick there not really anyone round me who can.Would you know anyone if i sent them some of my old one.The reason i need some is its ok on one side.But on the other they fix a rail for a tent which i dont want to use.Could i send you a photo of it Rick tomorrow as i dont know how to post a picture as i am on nights at the moment.Thanks Pete |

Go and visit a caravan dealer who also does repairs. Guttering as you describe is common on lots of caravans and so a repairer will know where to get it from - if they don't have it in stock. My caravan has a continuous length of over 18 ft, so I know it exists. _________________ Brian

Hi
A collegue has just told me if you go to a caravan builder or ally extrusion place and ask for grip rod, they will know what you want.

Hi thank you for that.I will give them a ring to see if they can do it in long lenths.I have allso emailed the enginering firm but they cannot help.I will be going to newar auto jumblle on sunday so maybe they may be some there. |
