|
|
Guys,
Sorry this is a bit late...Is there anyone in the Norwich area with a decent wedding car (or classic) that could do a run from Norwich city centre to Wroxham at 8pm this Saturday 31st January.
A good friend is getting married and they need a car urgently. I will be able to renumerate the owner for fuel and expenses etc.
If you can drop me a pm or call 07778 163942.
Thanks again

LOL...yup Roys is still basically most of Wroxham...very quite this time of year but a bloody nightmare if you're trying to get through to anywhere over the bridge.....
Dont know how long ago you were there, but there is a Roys Supermarket on the right and the Roys Department store was rebuilt after a bad fire quite a few years ago now... _________________

You must get this right, roys is in hoveton not wroxham, did it as part of my final exams when leaving shool, it was just as they were having the supermarket bit built (showing my age) and they sent me a big pack on all the details and pictures of what it was going to look like which is still in the loft some where, but back to wedding cars did you get one , we did see the post but not till it was too late, the other half would have been up for it as we had just picked up our latest classic that morning |

it was a spur of the moment thing and i am still getting used to the idea
it all started with getting a bigger classic caravan the end of last year, the Nyala is bigger than the Fawn (which we sold a couple of weeks ago) and Simon had been looking for a classic estate to tow the nyala with (not telling me he was looking) then he came across a volvo amazon estate, made the decision that was what he wanted as it was a 68 the same age as the caravan, along came the practical talk well my sceptre would never tow the nyala, his sd1 is two new so he picked Brian Ms brains went and saw the amazon and home it came, so at the moment we are clearing out the cars the first to go are the sceptre and sd1 then it will be the spare sceptre and HA and we will just stick with the one car and van. it does make sense as we can both spend out on one rather than several, but it was making the decision to do it that came hard, well to me it did. some time in the summer we will have to go all through all the sheds to see what spares are lurking which could take weeks as i think there are still spares in there from when we had the firenzas and mk1 astra
will post some pictures later as i only have a couple at the moment, |
