The BMC076 has got itself another 2 years of road use.
Has passed the VRT, and now needs an oil and filter change.
Even the other mini is due an oil and filter change by the end of this month. |

No they are quite rare (over here at least) 10 inch Mille Miglia alloys!!
would really like to find a period photo of one to see how they were originally cause I have painted them silver grey but they look a bit dull to me!! |

I think there was some black around the spokes on the setup I saw?
and probably polished around the rim? but its a long time ago will let you know if I see a original setup. _________________ http://www.eurods.eu/wp/index.html |

yes please if you come up against something or other relating to them, I would really appreciate it!!
I've always supposed that there was some black for them to satnd out more, and maybe the rest was actually polished not unlike dulops and cosmics maybe!!!
They were on the mini when I got it but were a mess so decided to spray them like that and try and find some info about them but never found anything. Even contacted the company but they said that they had no photos of them cause the former factory was burned down and everything lost!!! |

yea thats not good but atleast they didnt do it them selves, as when Wood&Pickett were taken over in the 80ies, all old archives were thrown out so nothing can be found regarding the cars they built still I put my hope in the connection with mr Collins hope he remembers just a little thing about my car _________________ http://www.eurods.eu/wp/index.html |

Hi Capt Nim, dont know if it was my black thing you were referring to???
if it was, I will say thanks for the nice words here is a link to the latest photos of it http://www.eurods.eu/wp/history/history.html
I know its a big big world, but I actually spoke on the phone with a Mike Fernando, a couple of years ago, he was from SriLanka, and had some famely buisness with car parts, he told me he owned some Wood & Pickett built Minis also but I lost contact with him it would have been nice to see his cars, he told me he had King Hussein of Jordan s X W&P Mini. what car/cars do you have ?? _________________ http://www.eurods.eu/wp/index.html |
