at the moment the amazon is undergoing restoration so we rang footman and gave them all the details of what was happening and were she was so they could make a note of it, even thought she is fully covered by the restorers insurance they were fine with it. the caravan has also now gone away to have a few jobs done on it he is fitting it in between other jobs so we will not be seeing her either for a while - so today we rang the caravan club to let them know and were told that we were not covered unless she had on a wheel clamp etc we explained that she was in a secure lock up building but unless she has the clamp we are not covered, once again she is covered by the business insurance but it makes you wonder if something had happened while she is away and we had not told them what would they do, i was always brought up to let people knwo what was going on just incase somthing happened or are you better to keep quiet sometimes |

Honesty is the best policy, thats what I was brought up to live by. Sometimes it feels at odds with the 'modern world'. |

Had the same problem with my cheltenham nyala, i keep it inside my bodyshop which has alarm linked to police station and was told it still needs either a hitch lock or wheel clamp. Anybody would have a job moving it as most nights there is 4or5 cars locked up across the front of her. |
