Various starter brushes, they are made by CI (Commercial Ignition) and have CI part numbers.
I don’t have a CI application list except for the 212/214 which is a 255659 Lucas equivalent and the 251A/252A/252B which is a Lucas 251108 both fit some versions of the M35G starters, see application list below.

£2 a set or a bottle of Old Speckled Hen! + post at cost.

guess a set of 251A/252A/252B (Lucas 251108) for the Bedfords wouldnt go amiss, if they are the same as the Oz-built 10cwts (model PC)

I'll stick it to one side, if you can see the starter motor part number, it should be 5 digits with possibly a letter after it (like 25014B) stamped in the body, I can check in an old lucas parts book.
