OK Guys, about to start buying Cellulose paint for the Midget, roughly how much paint would I need to paint whole car inside and out, and how many coats, plus 1 colour coat over stonechip underneath, would 2 1/2 L do with 2 1/2 L of thinners giving a total of 5L of paint ? |

Be careful with calculation of a 50/50 mix paint and thinners. paint goes a long way. |

10% thinners seems to be required with each pot of paint, 2 litres of paint will do my long wheelbase Transit van. Maybe somebody else reading this will correct me. |

brush or spray??
2 1/5l u/coat ditto topcoat diluted to suit method of application (mix to taste) and not from the tin - use a "kettle", and watch for runs! not to mention dust and small flies!
(I've had that problem today - caught the run in plenty of time!) _________________ Saluton. mi estas fervojistino, kaj vi?
