Hi Alan welcome to the forum, Great choice of car, can you post some photo's we would love to see it. I have a 1949 Rover P3 4 light which looks almost the same as your P2 sports saloon (you might have seen it on one of the other posts) Also check this chap out if you need any parts for your Rover he's very good with pre 1950s Rovers.

I see you have found the RSR Forum! Its not very active as forum's go but its is certainly well worth joining the RSR. There are a number of specialists that supply NOS or remnuafucted parts including repair panels and teh RSR stores has a good variety of secondhand stuff which it looks like you may need! _________________ Rover P2

Sorry Phil that's the undersatement of the year, each time I go on the RSR forum I kick it first to make sure its not dead. Apart from me (P3steve on there) you and 47 P2 who's on here as well there are only a few hard core posters, just look back and see how many zero responces there are to peoples posts. some one comes on here new and within hours theres at least half a dozen replies. _________________ If the world didn't suck we'd all fall off |
