|
|
I am restoring a Pemberton static from around 1961 which is original and complet except for a missing solid fuel stove and 'fancy' flue. Later models had an airing cupboard above the stove covering the flue.
Does anybody have any images or brochures showing this stove so that i can start the hunt for the correct one?
This Pemberton is the one with the round ends! I am not sure how to upload a pic!
thank you steve |

Hi Moggy......... that is exactly the stove!!!!!!! My Pemberton is the Starlite and sales adverts correspond with your stove. Coincidentally I have the same Bluebird as yours but it was never fitted with a stove! Maybe it was an optional extra?
If you do manage to locate a spare stove I would be very interested in purchasing.
thank you steve |

I found this advert in one of our Caravan magazines, looks like the same sort of stove.
Hope this helps. _________________ I can resist anything except temptation ! ( Oscar Wilde)

Thank you.... yes the ARTAYCO were used in Pembertons and some other makes for a while. I think these slightly predated the type mentioned by Moggy above. Probably mid to late 50's. A good looking stove.
I bet there is not many of these stoves left? |
