Yup - I too have loaned photos and original sales literature to a well-known classic car journalist. I am still trying to retrieve them thirty years later |

My brother lost a rare and valuable factory MG publication some 20 years ago - lent to a prominent MG club official (not MGCC) and never returned in spite of numerous promises. He passed away a couple of years ago. We have found my brother was not alone in his experience.

He passed away before his time, he did not do the right thing. I am not religious , but the best religion , in life, is to try and do the right thing. Not easy and we all make mistakes. |
