I haven`t posted anything in a long while as there hasn`t been a lot of activity in Bertie, just starting him occasionally and take him for a short run etc. The weather hasn`t helped too Sad ! I was talking to a friend last night and he mentioned today`s meeting at the Griff pub not too far from where I live. I wasn`t doing much and considering it had been too long since he had had a proper run - why not? His battery was flat, that was why not Rolling Eyes ! I jump started him and he grudgingly fired up, got him good and warm - sort of, no heater Very Happy - and off we went.

I was virtually the first to arrive, having never attended this meet before I didn`t realise it didn`t really get going til later on Smile

The Griffin is a really nice country pub, and judging by the aroma after a short while, the food is good too! In a short time - relief on my part as it was a tad nippy, snow was still on the ground and I hadn`t made a flask Rolling Eyes - cars started to arrive. Not many as the inclement weather had taken its toll, but more than I hoped would turn up. In the summer months the meetings switch to the evenings, and unaccustomed as I am to visiting pubs - Shocked ahem Laughing - I personally can`t wait! Ok, I`ll bow out now and let the pictures say a bit. Nice to post on here again, take care and see you soon.. thanks for reading Very Happy

The last meeting they had there was on a warmer day and the entire field at the back of the carpark was full, around 200 cars I`m told!
