Hi all

My garage where I store my classics is a stand alone structure about half a mile away from my house. I am having difficulty finding any property insurance company that will give me a quote as it is not within my house boundary.

Is anyone in a similar situation and if so which insurance company do you use , or does anyone know of any ( specialist ) companies that may be worth considering ?

Any thoughts thankfully accepted.

Cheers

Paul

Thanks Buzzy Bee ,
I had a word with them but no good I`m afraid , same story. They will only insure garages within a house boundary.
Thanks anyway.

I have used Footman James and Towergate. Both are happy for my cars to be stored elsewhere provided I notify them of the address and any safety / security features.
