This is my berkeley SA322 that I'm restoring, it is chassis number 22 so it was made in late 1956 but over time has lost its registration. Can you help? The BEC has no record of the car.

Is the "Bubbly" a British Isetta ? or German ?

Hello Jens, the Isetta was a bit of a mistake! I had a little too much red wine one evening and bought the Isetta on Ebay, it was a complete wreck but I managed to bring her back to life after very much hard work and many hours re-building the body and tinkering with the engine. I recently sold her as I needed the space and money to carry on with my Berkeley projects. I still
have two more T60s to do. |

Hi Ric, I doubt this car would have been raced, the later models were of course and did very well in competition. Age related number is where we are going with the car via our club registrar. The last known owner (1982), John Bridges from Wiltshire moved to Cyprus 10 years ago, I've had no luck in all my attempts to contact him or anyone else who has contact with him. |

I think you did a great job and with the prices these fetch, I am sure you didnt "loose out" on the trade
Gosh they are expensive
