hi
Looking at the pics, it appears that all 4 engines had been stopped and it was running on it's undercart, then the tail wheel track shows moving to starboard.
I wonder if it was a dead stick landing. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.

From the latest photos, maybe the engines and possibly the landing gear can be salvaged. The fuselage was totally destroyed. |

A good bit of filming. A great pity about the subject.
Looking for information about the incident yesterday I found a picture of a Fokker Triplane (replica?) stood on its nose at the same event. A very eventful event! _________________ Quote from my late Dad:- You only need a woman and a car and you have all the problems you
