Nice day out at the East Anglian transport museum as part of the drive it day, after two runs coming from both Norwich And Saxmundham we all parked up on the street at the museum to enjoy a day as guests of the museum. Here is a selection of photo's of the many cars that were there. Sorry for the Lg file

One for you Rick, A nice Canadian Chevrolet

XK150 owned by a friend of mine brought 30 years ago for £450 to use as a daily driver now fully rebuilt

My Rover next to Bradford pick up with an interesting hand built body

The Trolly bus being used that day

London and Blackpool trams at the main tram stop

Interesting turn-out there, thanks for posting them. I wonder what the story behind this Jowett is? At first glance I thought it was an Aussie-bodied roadster/pickup or similar, but now I'm not so sure....home-made one-off perhaps?

The NSU is a Prinz 1000 from 1971. My wife had one (1965) that she ran for 9 years. They are great cars and go remarkably well. Rear engined and air cooled. They had the best design of clutch installation that I have ever come across. It took me 32 minutes to change the clutch drive plate without splitting the engine or gearbox. The clutch was accessed by removing a plastic cover. Why hasn't anyone copied this?

When the dreaded rust caused the end of the car the engine went into a sidecar racing outfit. It was that good a design. The larger version of this engine was used in a motorcycle the Munch Mammut. See http://www.thecreeper.net/munch.htm
