no still not got the grill off peter Laughing

well not a lot done today

the wife dragged me out for a day trip with the kids Mad although I did collect the rear subframe from the shotblasters on our way back Laughing

its now gone 10pm and I've just finished putting a second coat of chassis black on it

so tommorow its back to welding......I'm hoping to get the welding finished tommorow, then getting the wheels back on over the weekend.

then next week......
boot, bonnet and bare doors back on.....then some paint......glass back in....dash back in.....interior cleaned up and back in........

should have it finished in about week (except for an engine) ......if the weather holds out! Laughing

well that'll be it for work on the simca for the next few days as I've got Hebden bridge car show to attend, tommorow with the father in law in his 1974 opel ascona and then sunday in the Alvis.
then monday I'm back to work after the last fortnight off Crying or Very sad
so work on the simca will slow down a bit.

well heres the latest photos of the simca........

still got the paint on the drivers side to polish but she's getting there slowly.
I'm hoping to get the interior back in over the weekend, to free up some space in my workshop so I can make a start on rebuilding the engine.
