i was going to add this to our old topic of "Gracies Restro" but now she is all done and home so in theary this is now a new start for Gracie so a new post. Today was the big day, we had a phone call yesterday to say she was booked in for the MOT today at 10am so could have her back tomorrow but it was easier for me to get time off work today they said we could pick her up this afternoon so at 4pm we were there to pick her up. I had the pleasure of driving her home as Simon is still recovering from a operation on his knee and is having problems with the clutch in a car

The Good Guys who have put in all the hard work

we will try and get some pictures of the interior done and post as they have made a really good job of the leather even down to parcel shelf, rubber mat for the back and extra floor mats

Now the fun begins - well for me it does

Great cars these...

I had a 1963 122s saloon model in 1977. Took it to germany with me when I was serving in the RCT.

I'd be well proud to own your one Mr Gillberry... A credit to ya!

We've had to uprate the rear springs for towing our classic caravan but other than that we have a classic that could be used as a modern anytime we want and in the colder weather like this unlike many british classics we have warmth and a clear windscreen so yes she is performing very well .

I could be very tempted with another 120 sometime, there was a very tidy looking mid-blue saloon on ebay today. I think it was a 121 rather than my preferred 122S version, but looked in good order. If I go back to running a classic as my main wheels, it'll probably be another Amazon.
