As the thread title, I wonder where it may be, who owns and how old. Its certainly is not my own caravan which is 1929/30 Eccles. |

Not sure if these two would count but I know of a 1911 bow-top that gets used about 3 weekends a year it had it's 100th birthday party at Belvoir Castle last may , but it gets trailer d to events as the owner has not got a horse, also know of a 1923 bow top that gets used most of the year, but that has had the shafts replaced with a draw-bar and the horse replaced with a tractor! _________________ Nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!! |

Certainly sound lovely old caravans, I had the pleasure of drinking a pint of ale or two whilst chatting to the owners of a old horse drawn bow top. It was mid October night and a frost was coming down, the wood burner I was sat next to was most welcome. I should have made my question clearer and said purpose made leisure touring drawn by car. |

WoW! I didn't expect to hear of a caravan of that age, thanks for letting me know OVM. When I next see my two friends at a show I will ask them about the Angela in Shropshire, see if I can get an update. Just out of interest. |

That sounds as though the 1918 - 1920 Angela might be the oldest caravan NOT in use OVM... ......pity
So can you tell us what is the next oldest van still being used
