Been in that position, but with a 20' container.
Seems to take forever before you hit the ground.

Speed is not always the cause, I was only doing about 10MPH when mine fell over.

driving tippers in the quarries as i did (until recently),we were always having lorries go over.tipped a Volvo F.10 artic over myself on site at Coventry a few years ago Embarassed

Heard the story of a guy that was pulled over by the cops in Melbourne for speeding. He asked " are you sure you want to give me that ticket ?" After he got his ticket, he wrote out a ticket,for the cops, for not wearing their high vis. jackets whilst on the road !

It's very rarely speed that causes trucks to fall over - usually happens when the cadence of the swing matches the cadence of the steering input - & then it's too late - often seen on roundabouts at very low speed,cheers,JD.

I suspect that they might have been later arrivals just finding their way past.
Unless, perhaps, the A40 is the police car and just the Anglia is going past
