that a40 farina is the exact copy of one I used to see locally!

Met my former boss today, he told me the car was a

1971 Pontiac Trans Am 455 HO .

In my case local means overseas for you, I'm in Malta and this car belonged to a young enthusiast too!
I might find a photo somewhere, not sure whether it was a countryman or saloon though!

There's a Mk2 in that colour scheme, a 1964 model I think, sat on a driveway approx 4 miles from me. I did speak to the owner's mum, but there didn't seem much interest in putting it back on the road, nor selling it either.

yahh ours is the 1978 formula400 with the quadrajet carb i love the sound

and that does my nut in when some1 just lets there classics rot
where i got the a40 from the man had fields and sheds full of classic austins,landrovers,morris vans and old v twin bikes
and a range rover 101 just rotting in a bush Sad and much more

i just don't understand it :'(
