hello i would prefer poly bushes but i will be happy with normal all round
and i dont know where to go can you help me
this is for my 1962 Austin A40 countryman

Not necessarily everything, but quite a number of the basic mechanical parts will. You'd need to speak to someone well versed with A35/A40/Sprites to know exactly what will interchange with the other(s).
Not all Mk1 A40 Farina parts will fit on the Mk2 either, so tread carefully if buying bits from other cars to fit yours The Mk1 for instance had hydra-mechanical brakes (hydraulic to the front wheels, mechanical to the back) while the Mk2 was hydraulic all round. The Mk2 also had a longer wheelbase, different front wings and interior trim, and most had the 1098cc engine while Mk1s and early Mk2s had the 948cc version.

No; these parts are different.
Front suspension is shared, but not rear.
