Did some polishing of the van today , removed the old cooker(I've got a better vintage replacement) and the fridge . I think I'm going to replace the floor as its rotted the ply wile it was sat with the door open in the hedge .
The other two windows frames I already removed are polished ready for glass hopefully next week .

Bed frame out
There's quite a bit of damp wood due to the missing glass but the main struts in the glass fiber are ok
Bits stacked and labled
And my first find a 70s tidly wink woohoo
We also pulled up the laminate flooring and under felt stuff back to the original . All the bits that are salvageable will be going back in anything not will be used as a template and remade . New floor is a must to as id like to see what's under the original .im gessing some old mouse hotels

Small amount of progress today ,managed to dismantle the other side bed and both upright cupboards but I'm running out of space inside to store the dismantled bits so that's to overcome .
Jim
I think where going to half the cupboard hight as you step in to open it up a bit and make it lighter ,found more mouse poo and maggots today so I think its a right move to lift and replace the floor |

Many a project has been condemned to the rubbish tip or sold off because the new owner has tried to do to much at one go, id advise you to do a little at a time. Not strip it down to its last nut and bolt then make a start on restoration. That way often leads to disaster. _________________ I can resist anything except temptation ! ( Oscar Wilde)
