Churchill Brake Efficiency tester circa 1958

More stuff to clear out;

A bit of history ;Churchill Brake Efficiency Recorder, complete with a pack of test cards, this would have been placed in the car driven up to a certain speed, the brakes applied and the card gets punched thus recording the brake efficiency. Who needs rolling road brake testers?!!
Complete with wooden case that almost weighs as much as the tester ! £30
