Morning all,

I hope we're all having a pleasant day out there?

I got to thinking about factory press photos of our cars yesterday (I'm not sure why). Have you managed to find period press shots of your car(s), if indeed any were ever taken in the first place?

The following pic turned up of an A40 Mk1, it's not your typical press photo of a car parked in front of a "chocolate box" cottage, but interesting nonetheless.

I've got press photos of most of mine, not the actual car but the make and model. I have also managed to track down some photos of my actual car from a previous owner, and some unused shots taken by a journalist for a road test that weren't (as far as I know) published. An interesting visit to the Vauxhall Heritage Centre a few years back also brought a display of stuff that I hadn't seen before, things like a coupe with fully-lined boot and fold-down back seat.
