|
|
Does anybody have any recommendations for suppliers of brake lining material, please?
I am quite happy to cut my own to size, drill and rebate holes, etc.
I find current prices, on an exchange basis, of re-lined brake shoes to be 'difficult' now I'm on a very limited income.
Yet, I have the hand tools to do the job, of re-lining shoes.
Or...do I have to start scouring the autojumbles, with all their added distractions?
I am in the UK, up in East Yorkshire...so any suggestions that are 'local' to me would be appreciated? |

I get all the linings for the Morris Register from Auto and Industrial Friction:
http://www.autoandindustrial.co.uk
They can supply you with just the material or cut and drilled linings and rivets, ,will advise on the material best suited to your application.
