Drive it Day 2023 is on the 23rd April.

Anyone have any plans for their classics?

the clevedon lions run & show is on drive it day but after doing it for 3 years we have decided to give it a miss, but the local TR group are having a classic meet at chew valley lake on the same day, we may go to that.
we are going to go for a run but not sure about plans set in stone!
maybe see you there

I think I saw that advertised, isn't it called Salt and Malt or something similar?

Having built up a relationship of trust in my little 1932 Morris Minor over the past two years, I'm looking at attempting to pootle my way from my home in Worcestershire to the Scottish Highlands. I haven't firmed up on the date as yet but given the midge season gets going in April and is in full swing from about May, I'm thinking it might be a good idea to go before the end of April so I may well be on the road to the Highlands on Drive-it-Day.

We were down at Bicester on Sunday 23rd so didn't actually drive anything old, in my defence I was out in the 4CV on Saturday so the weekend wasn't entirely without driving an oldie.

When we were out in the Hillman we saw a few classics out but not as many as we thought we would.

I did notice that the majority of other owners didn't bother to wave back when we did though....!?!?
