I have a classic kit car, and decided that the dash as it was needed some love.

As part of that, I am going for a dark mahogany dash with some light magnolia dials. This will also make the reading of said dial a lot easier, as the current ones are black.

The black dials have a light to indicate when the ignition is on, fog lights (don't exist anyway so needs to go!) and indicators are flashing. The new dials do not have these, so I need to tidy up the dash somewhat.

My thinking was to move these indicators onto a small panel above the steering wheel, but I am having trouble finding such a panel, probably due to poor search terms on Google and eBay.

I am not limited to ones that currently exist, as I could design and 3d print something, or make a panel from wood that I can insert, a small leather wrapped panel perhaps, but I have note seen any for inspiration and ideas.

Anyone 1 - have any idea what I am babbling on about, and 2 - have a link or search terms I can actually find similar that exists already?

I know what you are saying. Have a look at my latest post. You will see that my dashboard and instrument panel are non standard for an MG TC ...and while this will upset the purists, it is a new dashboard that I have designed and made to suit me.
