Excellent stuff. I missed it this year, but hope to make it next year.
Thanks for posting the pics. _________________ Don't run your fingers over my truck & I won't run my truck over your fingers!

Postwar soft-top Humber? First I've ever seen.

Ditto, I was quite the machine. It certainly outclassed a couple of the yank land boats

The Humber is a Super Snipe with a Tickford body, it is believed that there are only a small handfull left. I've seen 3, that one, a light blue one and one that was restored by a guy that used to be our local Humber group. The Snipes were built between 1949 & the mid 1950's.
Very nice cars. I'd love one.
Nice arty picture of Bumper's Hudson truck (aka Jerry Soames), he takes that truck all over the place! (hope that does tempt fate for the weekend, he said about our Humber last year and the big end went on the way home from Billing, )
We saw the black & purple sled belonging to Melissa Gee at the Super Nats. Very well done, I love the interior: purple vinyl with fur print. Ver classy for that style of car. _________________ 1953 Humber Hawk
