Heather contacted me the other day, asking if anyone out there fancied taking on this old Wolseley that is sat in her garage. Genuine enquiries will be forwarded,
thanks, Rick

----------------

I do hope you can help me.

This car, which has been in my garage for the last 25+ years, is an old 'J' reg (April 1971) Wolseley 18 85.

My brother originally owned the car and it is still registered in his name. When it was 'laid up' the only thing wrong with it was the smallish dent in the rear-end which, at that time, the insurance company said was uneconomic to repair.

It has, however, 'sat untouched' for at least the last 25years. My late husband was going to treat it as a ‘retirement project’, but sadly this was not to be.

I am sure there must be Wolseley enthusiasts who would be interested in it for spares or repair (any offers considered) and I would be grateful for any assistance you could give me in finding it a new home.

The car is in Medway, Kent.
The only paperwork I have is the V5 Vehicle Registration document.

Any photos/colour info available Rick? Friend and I bought one on Saturday in need of some restoration and it may be we could use this one to create 1 roadworthy car.

We attracted a few looks, one landcrab towing another landcrab over the pennines Shocked

I don't have any more info, but if you PM me your contact details I'll pass 'em on to the lady that contacted me.
