Welcome to the forum Jenny! Nice to see another Austineer on here Smile

I would suggest joining the Austin Counties Car Club (if you haven't already), they are very good for parts Wink

The 8 looks lovely - I've always liked them and they are a bit different from the Austin Sevens everyone seems to have!

Hi

Welcome allong, looks a good project, doesn't look too bad, ie.. it is all bolted together, what needs doing, and what are you planning to do, often two different things in restoration! hehe Laughing

Look forward to following your resto, and take lots of piccies!

Cheers

Dave

thank for replies. Picks tell lies thou. The dreeded tim worm has been busy underneath. But hope to get it M.O.Td within two months to be able to drive it this year and full strip down in the winter to undo previous bad repairs

Looks really nice, looking forward to updates as you crack on with it. I know of a pre-war A8 down South, supposedly with rucks of spare parts, but whether it'll ever come to anything is anyone's guess Smile
