Hi, new member J4CKO here, have registered as my usual haunts dont cater too well for old ones (cars that is) and I used to go to school with the webmaster Rick, I can confirm he had the bug even back then, turning up alternatley in his A40 and Spitfire, we have kept loosely in touch over the years.
I love cars, tending to err to the older stuff nowadays, I did want to buy myself a classic but my wife bought me to it and bought a rather ropey Fiat 500 that I now spend a significant ammount of my time underneath.
Have a few classics in the immediate family, couple of Jowett jupiters, V12 E-type, Frogeye, 7 Ulster, the Ulster might be my next recommisioning project after the Fiat as my father in law seems quite happy for me to do something with it as he will never bother. |
