Less than half a mile from me stands a early 1930s Eccle caravan, it has stood on hard standing and kept in good condition, only used for light storage. Now for the problem, the couple put it there when these things were considered worthless so a garage was built in front of it. The only way it will ever move is by crane or by being taken to bits, what a shame. When the farmer next door cuts the field again I can get in to take photos. See there are still treasures out there. Steve

Sounds like a good find - are there no local Army units that you could persuade to move it maybe, as a logistics exercise? Smile

Sadly all our local soldiers are infantry but I'll mention it to my son he's in the army. Steve

i was looking into having a retro static caravan moved by crane, you can hire one for the day as a self drive or with a driver... might be an idea and probably worthwhile too for such an old caravan Smile

hi
Any chance of getting it out by putting a gap in the hedge and pulling it throught the farmers field, on a trailer maybe?

Cheers
George
