Helped needed in Ipswich, Suffolk.

My friends' dad will be 70 on Boxing Day and my friends mum would to take him out to lunch in a classic car. I was wondering if anyone on here would be able to help.

They are after something a bit special and he dreams of owning his own pre-war car. Hubbys taken our Snipe off the road to do some body work ready for it's MOT otherwise we'd have helped them out.
