wowsers; it's been quite some time since i posted anything here! i don't remember where the Falcon stood last time, but i swapped out the 5.8 v8 for a milder 5.0 last summer, and had a set of dual exhausts installed. i still have my little blue Falcon, but it's full of spare parts standing ready to move (hopefully) to Florida...
i sold on my Spittie to a bright chap with more ambition and a younger back than mine... he hasn't called 'round with a big spanner, so i reckon he's happy with it.
i'm hoping to divest myself of the '59 Galaxie to avoid transporting it to Fla (and the "import" tax on cars there).... and get some new bits for the 5.0 i'm building for my little Falcon. (the '66 is generally called the "big" Falcon here; you're more familiar with the Aussie GTHO lookalike).
i'm happy i found this site again; i missed you lot. |
