Saturday 22nd May 2010..
This will be the first time that the Shuttleworth Collection has hosted a vehicle orientated day for a number of years and we would like to establish this as an annual event. .
It is planned to create a garden party atmosphere with all the participants parked on the display field, allowing people to view the visiting vehicles. .
Drivers of pre-registered vehicles will enjoy free access to the event along with their vehicle. Admission prices for additional adults will be £10 each, but accompanied children aged under 16 will be free, making this an excellent family day out..
Entry forms can be obtained by downloading the booking form from the website or emailing the Shuttleworth Collection on Collection@shuttleworth.org.
Entry to the event will include access to the hangars to see our world famous collection of aircraft and vehicles

Nic, All the info. I can find mentions "vehicles". Do you know whether in their terminology "vehicles" include motorcycles?
If so, I think some members of the Chesterfield Classic Motorcycle Club may be interested.

Hi
This page http://www.shuttleworth.org/shuttleworth-collection/vehicles.asp says
Quote: | Today the Shuttleworth Collection is displayed in eight hangars, which include a workshop hangar giving close up views of restoration and maintenance, a garage displaying the cars, motorcycles and other vehicles such as the Clayton and Shuttleworth steam traction engine and a separate coachroom for the horsedrawn carriages. Displays often include the Collection's veteran and vintage cars, including several which have regularly completed the London to Brighton run. Old Warden Aerodrome is also a popular rally venue for car owners' clubs, particularly for vintage cars.
