Hi
Today is the day of the Knutsford Great Race

I should be on my way there now, but I have got delayed with eating! hehe

Not too bad, 57 laps, I did an hour and then stopped for 15 mins, did some more, then stopped for 30 mins, as I started to feel ill, then did some more, but finished!
Solo rider too
Team is the way forward next time, as I recon with 3 or 4 of us, whilst I was resting the others could have done another 40 easy.
I am pretty happy with that anyway, considering I had only done about an hour up untill this morning and had done next to no training!

For some reason I go into a great relaxed state when on the PF, even if I am just riding to the shops, it is one sure way to unwind, no one can rush me, so I just go nicely! |
